At FLAWS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized items
How to Return

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package items securely and ship to the provided address
Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned items.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return period.
Damaged or Defective Items
